What to Write About

• Bug reports — if something in the editor doesn't work as expected, please include your browser name and version, your device (desktop, phone or tablet), and the steps that reproduce the problem. A short description of what you expected to happen versus what actually happened helps us fix issues quickly.
• Feature requests and feedback — tell us which tools or workflows you'd like to see next, or what felt confusing.
• Privacy questions — anything about data collection or cookies; you may also want to read our Privacy Policy first.
• Advertising and partnership inquiries — use the same email address with a clear subject line.

Two Things We Can't Help With

Because Online PS has no accounts, there are no passwords to reset and no profiles to recover — there is simply nothing stored on our side.

And because your images are processed locally in your browser and never uploaded, we have no technical ability to view, recover or restore your photos or unsaved edits. Please save your work to your own device before closing the tab.
